Lowell Schipper

Lowell Schipper serves as Director of Business Development at Prime Ledger, where he focuses on developing new client relationships, strategic partnerships, and capital formation opportunities across the firm’s platform.

Prior to joining Prime Ledger, Lowell held senior roles across investor relations, capital raising, and investment operations within private equity at Revitate, RAJ Capital Management, and RAJ Sports, with experience spanning sports, real estate, and consumer investments. He has worked closely with family offices, RIAs, high-net-worth investors, and other institutional partners, leading fundraising initiatives, investor engagement, and strategic business development efforts across a range of funds and investment vehicles.

Lowell also brings significant transaction and capital markets experience, including work on professional sports franchise investments, strategic SPVs, and complex real estate transactions. Earlier in his career, he worked in JLL’s Capital Markets group, advising institutional clients and supporting acquisitions, financings, and broader capital allocation strategies.

He holds an MBA from Lenoir-Rhyne University and a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Richmond, where he was a division I baseball player.
