Prime Ledger began where most good companies do, with three people who had already seen the problem up close. Rob Hoffman, John Fichera, and Matthew Santalla worked together tokenizing commercial real estate, and spent that time watching asset owners get handed to five or more vendors with no one accountable for the outcome, and then watching their assets get locked to whatever platform issued them. The technology worked. The lifecycle around it didn't. In May 2025 the three left together and founded Prime Ledger to be the single, platform-agnostic partner they kept wishing existed: one team from structuring through issuance, distribution, and everything that comes after.
