The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic New Business Development Director to drive the growth of our real estate tokenization platform. This individual will be a key player in building our pipeline of institutional partners, including real estate developers, asset managers, and property owners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate finance and a passion for disruptive technology, with the ability to articulate a complex, high-value proposition to sophisticated clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage with high-potential clients, including traditional real estate firms, developers, and asset managers who could benefit from tokenizing their portfolios.

• Solution Selling: Clearly articulate the problems of illiquidity, high barriers to entry, and opacity in traditional real estate and present Prime Ledger’s tokenization platform as the definitive solution.

• Deal Negotiation & Closing: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact and needs analysis to structuring proposals and closing partnership agreements.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key industry stakeholders, establishing Prime Ledger as the trusted leader in the RWA tokenization space.

• Market Intelligence: Serve as a key voice of the market, gathering insights from clients to inform our product roadmap and strategic direction.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our technology, legal, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and to refine our go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

• Required Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in business development, investment banking, or institutional sales, with a significant focus on commercial or residential real estate.

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex, high-value deals with sophisticated clients.

• Deep understanding of real estate finance, including capital markets, deal structuring, and fund management.

• Preferred Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets, and the principles of tokenization.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, startup or fintech environment.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business value.

• An existing network of contacts within the real estate investment and development community.

• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.

As a UI/UX Developer at Prime Ledger, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user journey of our products. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and development of user interfaces for our groundbreaking financial platforms, with a special focus on making complex actions like asset tokenization feel simple and secure for the end-user. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, coupled with hands-on development skills and a deep understanding of the financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive, user-centric, and elegant interfaces for our web and mobile applications.

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas for features including digital asset management and tokenization.

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences for both traditional and tokenized assets.

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance and optimize the user experience of our financial and tokenization platforms.

• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial sector is preferred.

• A strong portfolio of design projects that demonstrates a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, ideally with examples from fintech or complex data-driven applications.

• Demonstrable experience designing for complex financial systems; experience with platforms related to digital assets, blockchain technology, or security tokenization is a significant plus.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.

• Expertise in standard UI/UX software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

• A solid grasp of user-centered design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
